PRE ORDER
- Manage OCI users on Prysmian management tool (UPMS)/DIAM.
- Manage OCI Users issues related to Prysmian Infrastructure Services, mainly Email, Active Directory Accounts Management.
- You will be responsible for branch office IS related support
- Undertake internal troubleshooting of all IS issues relating to hardware and software.

Troubleshoot and manage below:
- VMWare Servers, Windows 2016/2019 servers, SQL. database, Microsoft Sharepoint.
- HPE Blade Enclosure, Blade Servers, 3 PAR SAN Storage, HPE DL380 Server.
- Audio/Video -Polycom, Logitech devices.
- Printing- Canon FollowMe.
- Network Switches- Cisco, Aruba, Access Points.
- Industrial Network – Industrial PC, Industrial Switches, Bar Code Printers.
- Ip Telephone- Avaya s/w, H/W.
- Time Attendance- BioTime, Tenstile machine.
- CCTV- Samsung, HikVision Camera, NVR, Switches.
- Cabling- Fiber, Copper, Wireless link.
- Supervise the helpdesk and respond to IS support requests/tickets assigned in a timely manner to ensure minimum disruption.
- Gain necessary IS skills to support the latest hardware and software technology products.
- Provide Hardware/ Software/ management support.
- Maintain IS inventory both software and hardware.
- Support Head- IT as and when required.
- Perform preventive maintenance on a regular basis.
- Liaise with suppliers and external support companies as required for support and procurement.
- you will be responsible for uptime of infrastructure services and their routinemonitoring, updating and trouble shooting. (Main Datacenter and DR Site)
- Provide user support for internet, Wi-Fi requests for all management users and at the helpdesk.
- Responsible for setting-up/modification of e-mail accounts for users.
- Ensure timely troubleshooting and handling of all MES related issues in barcode printers and MES Industrial PC including security of the same.
- Responsible for configuring OCI owned smart phones and tablets.
- You will be responsible for co-ordination for the Annual Maintenance of PCs, plotters, UPS and Data Centre.
- Manage all related support, warranty and outsourced contract.
- You will be responsible for providing branch office support including users and
- connectivity. Patch management: push patches and new version of software from the patch server.
- Perform preventive maintenance on a regular basis.
- Responsible for print solution and contract management.
- Responsible to assist the head of the department in formulating the annual budget of the specialized area including user requirements and server related cost inputs.
- Ensure the limits approved in the annual budget are maintained and adhered to.

Job Profile:
- Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology.
- IT certification preferred (ITIL Foundation, MCSE, CCNA).
Experience:
8+ years of experience of similar work in related industries.
