Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Management by sitting in on and taking minutes during meetings, preparing important documents, handling communications between teams, etc.
- Prioritizing emails, preparing letters and reports, communicating clearly, confidently, and in a professional manner at all levels both internally and externally, ensuring all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner
- Understanding the importance of key meetings, building flexibility into the diary and anticipating needs, arranging meetings, and preparing briefing materials as and when required
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as necessary
- Manage Managing Director's calendar and assist in all organizational needs
- Attending Calls
- Assist on all administrational tasks in the office
المهارات
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Be very detail-oriented and highly organized
- Exhibit exemplary written/spoken English language skills, including exceptional phone skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Prioritization skills that apply to requests and deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and exemplifies personal and professional integrity
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills, together with diplomacy, tact, and well-developed organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the IT sector is desirable
- Previous experience in customer engagement, administrative role
