الوصف الوظيفي
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Plans and fulfills recruitment timelines
- Analyze the current organizational demand and plan cost-effective measures for hiring suitable talent.
- Implement a successful end-to-end recruitment cycle covering all crucial aspects of the profile requirements and company culture including Onboarding and pre employment tests
- Upload clear and concise work requirements on various offline and online platforms.
- Survey prominent hiring portals to upload company requirements for appropriate candidates.

- Proficient in meeting company demands by solving the existing talent gap in the hierarchy.
- Ability to conduct a swift interview and selection process to hire suitable candidates within the prescribed time limit.
- Exhibiting thorough knowledge in corporate recruitment activities spanning from planning to onboarding.
- Apt in deciding the most suitable interview arrangement as per the existing hiring scenario.
- Bachelor Degree in HR or any related field.
- Good communication skills
