الوصف الوظيفي
A Payroll HR Specialist is primarily responsible for processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay.
Responsibilities:
- Processing employees’ payroll
- Update policies regarding payroll
- Maintain personnel database
- Checking timesheets for accuracy
- Entering data into databases and spreadsheets
- Acquiring all necessary signatures to distribute payroll
- Handling leaves and end of service entitlements for employees
- Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense
