Prepare different designs, drawings and modifications, based on hand sketches and inputs, in order to provide an accurate representation of the project in a timely manner.
Prepare Civil, Mechanical, Electrical design drawings; Interior & Exterior Designing; all section & elevation drawings in 2D & 3D; Landscaping plan / design; Floor Plans and other drawings / designs as requested.
Work closely with the Project Manager and the respective Engineer in laying out the appropriate drawings as to ensure optimum performance in the fabrication of the system and / or presentation to the client.
Prepare proposal layouts for Office rentable areas in Almana towers and other Group owned building properties.
Prepare schematic designs of electrical, pipelining, CCTV, AC, telephone & security systems; determine the length and materials required for cables, lighting, fire alarms.

Modify drawings, designs based on the additional inputs or requirements received from the Manager or Engineer.

Ensure the utmost quality and accuracy in the design / drawings and modifications to prevent undue and excessive revisions resulting to delays in the project execution.
Take notes on the sketches and inputs provided by the Project Manager / Engineer for reference in preparing the design / drawing; check with the Manager / Engineer on additional information required.
Ensure the complete collection of project data and information, including site visits and analysis of project site pictures, if available, before preparing the design / drawing.
Review all drawings and designs, taking into consideration the inclusion of all received inputs and requirements.
Ensure the proper documentation and control of all relevant drawings, designs, diagrams and plans to ensure the provision of the required document, as and when requested.
Develop and maintain an accurate filing system with a procedure / standard on length of storage.
File all designs, drawings, diagrams, plans and other manually revised documents for future reference.
Update the CAD database records, converting CAD file to PDF / Image format for submission to respective parties and filing for future reference.

Record and file proposal layouts and occupancy under the Almana Towers and other Building to serve as future reference.

Diploma in Drafting or AutoCAD
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a construction or engineering company.
(Knowledge, specific job skills, computer literacy, language, communication skills, behavioral attributes and other required qualifications)
Skilled in Computer Aided Design (AutoCAD)
Knowledgeable in Civil and Landscape principles and standards.
Good Communication Skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Results oriented while maintaining good attention to details.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Willingness to learn.
