The team you'll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
What you will learn and contribute to
The engineer will join the European Radio Engineer team who carries out:

Technical support for 2G/3G/4G/5G Nokia Radio products (BSC,RNC, OMS, 2G/3G/4G/5G BTSs), but also Femto, As Controller and on the road for ORAN, vRAN, CloudRan

Commissioning, integration and acceptance testing

Onsite troubleshooting
-
Executing software updates, upgrades and hardware extensions
-
Executing trials and new feature implementations in the lab and live environments
-
24/7 emergency support on a weekly basis can be part of the mission

Travelling and supporting customers outside the country when needed
Your skills and experience
-
BSc degree in Telecommunications or relevant departments
-
3+ years experience in technical support of Radio products (BSC, RNC and BTSs)
-
Long term technical career objective
-
Experience in commissioning, integration and troubleshooting of Nokia Radio products (BSC, RNC, OMS, 2G/3G/4G/5G BTSs), of for only some of the listed techno above

Good knowledge of Nokia Radio products and features
-
Good experience in IP technologies
-
Flexibility to travel abroad
-
Fluent in English

Eagerness to learn and develop

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
