  • Administrate and track all entries of clients' data on QuickBooks or any other accounting software.
  • Maintain all records to uphold accurate files and ensure all documents were presented properly.
  • Assist day-to-day office activities
  • Prepare financial report.
  • Any related task as may be required.
  • Perform administrative tasks including reception, data entry, customer service, and document preparation.
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
  • Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense report

المهارات

  • 2-3 years’ Experience in Admin and Accounts.
  • Strong working knowledge of standard accounting practices in the UAE including VAT compliance.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Familiar with QuickBooks Desktop/Online, Odoo, and different online platforms.
  • Can Join IMMEDIATELY.
  • Philippine National preferred
