الوصف الوظيفي
- Administrate and track all entries of clients' data on QuickBooks or any other accounting software.
- Maintain all records to uphold accurate files and ensure all documents were presented properly.
- Assist day-to-day office activities
- Prepare financial report.
- Any related task as may be required.
- Perform administrative tasks including reception, data entry, customer service, and document preparation.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense report
المهارات
- 2-3 years’ Experience in Admin and Accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of standard accounting practices in the UAE including VAT compliance.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Familiar with QuickBooks Desktop/Online, Odoo, and different online platforms.
- Can Join IMMEDIATELY.
- Philippine National preferred
