Main Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders.
  • Provide support for sales representatives.
  • Ensures and maintains good filling system and update

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and maintaining a log/database as
  • required.
  • Data entry and updating reports/ excel sheets (work order, tracker, and quotes)
  • Ad hoc process improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain an efficient working environment.
  • Process purchases orders, work orders and maintain log reports as required
  • To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.
  • Other tasks to support the business plan

  • Education : – BA in Business Administration or Equivalent.
  • Experience : – Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration work.
  • Excellent Arabic & English communication
