We have an opportunity for a Project Engineer I for our Performance Materials Technologies Team in Kuwait.
Project Engineer I Responsibilities
- Ensure that all required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, budgets) are in place prior to commencing work.
- Produce part(s) of detailed design specifications under supervision.
- Execute technical work assignment to appropriate standards and quality systems.
- Complete test work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
- Carry out documentation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
- Proactively recommend potential quality and efficiency improvements within the engineering group.
- Share technical knowledge with project team, supervisor, own discipline, and other engineering disciplines.
- Report progress and technical problems and / or changes to the project lead engineer or principal engineer.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1 year experience as Graduate Engineer.
- Bachelors degree in engineering preferred-preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Appropriate technical qualification for role.
- Six Sigma Certification preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English & Arabic.
