Job Description:

• Facilitate Oil accounting in a timely manner

• Understand tank storage, inspection, operation, Maintenance & cleaning procedure and prepare an internal SOP

• Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures

• Manage storage & inventory of feed stock, processing raw materials, finished products and trading materials

• Ensure material inventory are adequate for the processing

• Understand tank storage, inspection, operation, maintenance & cleaning procedure and prepare an internal SOP

• Devising & using fruitful procurement & sourcing strategies

• Sourcing of feed stock materials other sources apart from GEMS

• Sourcing of petrochemical products for direct trading

• Hiring of bulk storage tanks for Feed Stock & Finished goods

• Negotiating with external vendors for cost effective prices for trading

• Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction and financial commitments are meet

Required Skills:

• Proven work experience in Procurement or similar role

• Strong understanding of the Procuring and sales process to support the sales team

• Strong Analytical skills in relation to sales interpretation data

• Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting

• Relevant training and/or certifications in supply chain preferred

• Leadership skills

• A growth mindset, attention to detail, and an excellent work ethic

• Problem-solving Skills

• Strong connection within the market

Academic background

• Bachelor's Degree
