الوصف الوظيفي
- Drop-shipment management & proper POD filing
- Dispatch plan control for all BUs and report delay with tracker
- On time in full (OTIF)
- Custom clearing supervision
- Reduce detention charges
- Clear all undertaking letters with custom
- Ensuring all drop-shipment orders are booked on time & planned as per agreed lead time & customer requirement
- Effective utilization of ERP system
- Ensuring low demurrage and detention costs as per budget
- To clear the shipments from border as per SOP

- Adept in using customer relationship management software to offer the best client services.
- Good listening skills with fluent communication to address all concerns and doubts of the customers.
