2. JOB PURPOSE
"To ensure effective and efficient execution of package for major maintenance / MOC / RIK in compliance to department KPIs.
Lead execution and resolve conflict of interest with stakeholders."
3. KEY ACOUNTABILITIES
- Comply with Sharq policies and SHEMs / OMS procedures and contribute to achieve target SHE rates as well as comply with quality procedures and Sharq ISO certified standards.
- Review and Monitor major maintenance / MOC / RIK, project execution milestones, charter, premises and KPIs
- Secure all required resources and materials for major maintenance / MOC / RIK.
- Lead & Execute the assigned project scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, procurement, communication, and integration for Major Maintenance
- Develop and prepare service, material report during the execution phase, update periodically, facilitate review of the status of service, materials required for major maintenance / project.
- Execute major maintenance / MOC/ RIK activities, update scheduling reports during execution and ensure necessary action for slippage recovery, critiques compilation, and close out of assigned plant.
- Carry out any other special tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
- Coordination with other departments during project execution and provide appropriate support during the execution of project.

4. REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications: (Degree, training, or certification required) : BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum Experience: (Technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required) : 3-5 Years experience in relative working field.
Job Specific Skills: (Key functional, leadership, or business skills required)
The position holder shall have proficiency level of “Knowledgeable” for the followings:
- Sabic SHEMs & OMS.
- Proficient communication skills, teamwork and cooperation.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Capable of managing multiple, priority assignments and meet firm deadlines"
Competencies: (Key functional, leadership, or business competencies required)
- Sound Knowledge in Sabic related procedures.
- Practical experience with maintenance / project planning, costing, scheduling, procedures and tools.
- Sound knowledge and experience in Planning & scheduling techniques.
- Proficient Writing & Communication Skills.
- Ability to successfully resolved conflict raise with stakeholders during major maintenance preparation and execution.
