A DAY IN THE LIFE …

The intern will be a support in production lab analyst:
1. 100% completion review for Personal hygiene, employee facilities and routines of entry for manufacturing facilities (St-31.042-01)
Objective:
a. To review current SOP & Standard routine
b. To review & update Document Management System
2. Cost initiative for cleaning tools used in production align with Cleaning and Disinfection Standard (St-31.126-02)
Objective:
a. Understand the usage of cleaning tools & establish preplacement based on condition
b. Review and update Nestle Good Manufacturing Practices visual standard for cleaning tools
c. Conduct refresher training for the Nestle Good Manufacturing Practices visual standard for cleaning tools
3. 100% completion of Q-defects online (Digital Manufacturing Operations) based on the results of Q-line mapping from Q-pillar methodologies
Objective:
a. Review Q-defects inspection online (Digital Manufacturing Operations)
b. Verify on-line monitoring for Q-defects online for both plants
4. Paperless Journey in QA department
Objective:
a. List all documents/record which still using paper
b. Eliminate 100% of paper documents/record in QA department
c. Create one page summary of all apps use in QA

• Bachelor's degree in or equivalent (quality assurance)
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment
• Enjoys working and communicating with different team members
• Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving, and analytical skills
