Job Description

Develop procurement category strategy covering spend analysis/cost reductions/consolidations/standardizations/risks considering all entities within IKEA
Lead the category end to end procurement cycle including RFX, Spend analysis, contract analysis, bid evaluation, negotiation, supplier performance…
Review and negotiate contracts for the assigned category and ensure on-time renewal
Lead a project procurement plan of a new store (expansion)
Lead supplier & internal stakeholder’s relationship management & ensure relevant alignment is in place
Closely monitor daily procurement operations
Closely monitor and develop strategic suppliers
Ensure the team’s KPIs & Goals are followed and achieved

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in supply chain / procurement or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement including managing a team.

Specific Designations, Certifications, Licenses:

Certified in Procurement (i.e CIPP)

Certified in Contract Management (i.e.CCMP)
