They are currently looking for a Government Programs Specialist to be based in Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop the stakeholder management plan including identifying the key stakeholders and the type of communication needed for each stakeholder
- Develop and maintain the relations with and government entities on E&W Hydrogen and Green Fuels strategic direction and objectives to ensure alignment on objective
- Advise, support and guide government entities such as Ministries, Authorities and other relevant third parties and disseminate best practices towards implementing E&W Hydrogen and Green Fuels requirements
- Maintain regular communication with government entities and other relevant stakeholders to advocate the policy draft and secure buy-in of the same
- Support the government entities with programs development and cooperation with other countries such as the German-Saudi hydrogen cooperation
- Lead specific stakeholder outreach initiatives, dialogue, and other forms of engagement to understand key concerns and issues
- Develop and deliver presentations to relevant representatives of Ministries, Authorities and other relevant third parties
- Ensure proper E&W representation with regards to other relevant parties through meetings facilitations and effective communication
- Provide regular, timely and accurate status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Document and store the stakeholder engagement related information by conducting periodic sessions to determine the relevant content to be documented and update the archives in a timely manner
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related business studies
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in project management
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to enable professional discussions with governments/stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, project management, time-management, logical reasoning, and numeric skills
- Ability to influence others
- Strong analytical skills, financial modeling abstract problem solving
- Strong interest in renewable energies, and energy carriers
- Excellent MS computer software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Saudi Nationals are strongly preferred
