Nu Air Worldwide Company is looking for responsible and initiative Development Manager (UAE).
Responsibilities:
– Operational management of company;
– Budget planning, execution of profit and turnover plans;
– Conduction of contracts with hotels ( hookah services/outsourcing)
– Monitoring of compliance quality and service standards;
– Development and implementation of new standards and services, improvement of existing software and technologies for the provision of services;
– Development and implementation of a marketing strategy to increase customer traffic.
Requirements:
– Fluent English and Russian
– Experience in optimizing and building effective work processes;
– Financial literacy, knowledge of the necessary regulatory documentation;
– Mandatory working experience in Sales or as Guide not less than 2 years
– Working experience or good knowledge of hotels in UAE
– Good knowledge about Hookah industry
Conditions:
– Salary based on the results of the interview (fixed sum + bonus based on the results of work);
– Work visa, accommodation;
– Full-time;
