A. Project Manager – Mechanical – KSA
Role Accountabilities:
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Liaise with consultants, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Implement strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
- Reduce the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity
- Interact with client and consultant regarding the status of work
- Manage Inspection of day-to-day activities performed by subcontractors.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Complete necessary quality assurance documentation of work under the direct control
- Negotiate with client and consultant for obtaining approvals for requested modifications
- Check all installations in the preliminary stage
- Adhere to the company QHSE policy at all times.
- Co-ordinate with the Client/Consultant, Project Management Team of Main-contractors, subcontractors, and other service contractors
- Report All QHSE incidents immediately and take necessary precautions.
المهارات
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-7 years experience at least 4 years in GCC.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PPT.
- Communication skills and Time Management skills.
