Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous team leadership experience
- 5+ years recruiting experience (preferable in professional services)
- Strong personal presence and interpersonal skills easily able to interact with partners, professional development managers, recruiting managers, and recruiters
- Record of outstanding judgement and professionalism
- Ability to write clear, persuasive PowerPoint documents comfortable with Excel and data analysis (including use of reporting from Avature)
- Outstanding organizational and administrative skills detail-oriented and resourceful
- Self-starter with a high energy level and deep commitment to the mission of recruiting distinctive talent to the firm
- Fluent English and Arabic skills
Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Riyadh office as part of our Elixir talent acquisition team.
Elixir was created to fulfill a sincere desire to spend as much of our time helping others solve their problems. You will work with Elixir leaders, people teams and recruiting teams to deliver on ambitious growth targets for the firm, across all levels of client service professional roles.What You'll Do
You will set and drive strategy and innovation to deliver against integrated recruiting aspirations to grow Elixir.
In this role, you will lead our Elixir recruiting team, sitting within our Middle East recruiting community working closely with Elixir leadership and McKinsey leadership whilst owning our senior hire recruiting end-to-end.
You will lead our strategic senior hiring efforts. You will source and cultivate senior candidates to join Elixir leadership. This will include communicating the Elixir value proposition, coaching candidates throughout the process and leading post offer discussions.
Working with 2-3 direct reports, you will develop professional relationships with team members to understand their experience, aspirations, and capabilities. You will provide individualized coaching and guidance on skill development and career planning and personal growth through the development of strong relationships with everyone on the team. You will facilitate the review process formally at year-end and informally at midyear. Daily practices to share real-time feedback with the team, celebrating successes and coaching when there are developmental opportunities.
You will also lead recruiting team through a successful strategy to achieve hiring goals, understand staffing profiles, and craft a roadmap to deliver successful results. You will drive analysis and performance management primary responsibility is to share recruiting performance with practice leadership. This includes working on archetypes for new hiring profiles, teaming up with HR and your recruiting team to publish relevant regular metrics, reviewing data and communicating actions, and ensuring the team actively maintains ATS (application tracking system) data integrity.
