Summary
The Assistant Manager – Beverage is responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of beverage, assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all bar outlets, instinctive ability to anticipate guests needs and delivering a hospitality experience that – creating memorable moments for our guests, according to our standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a hotel or a related field.
- Must be proficient in PC systems.
- Extensive experience in bars and mixologist.
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary.
- Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions. Have the ability to analyze forecast data and make judgments to ensure proper payroll and production control.
- Knowledgeable and aware of local competition and industry trends.
- English speaker.
