Job Description
                                                                	Answer complaints received  
Log all complaints in Smart Vision managed services portal 
Assign jobs to engineers through the portal 
Monitor the status of the kiosks on the monitoring systems 
Monitor engineers movement 
Priorities service calls for engineers 
Manage parts delivery and logistics related to the services provided 
Manage parts stock count 
Provide administrative support to engineers on sites 
Update the daily activities, Call details in our Internal application (SOM  Smart Operations Management) without any delay
