Job Purpose:
Understands account profile/needs/strategy, aware of market & competitive intelligence as well as Sanofi BU strategy and coordinates actions with a multifunctional team to develop the best win-win healthcare solution to serve the key account. Coordinates and monitors activities to ensure effective execution at key accounts for activities such as services, procurement & supply, contracting with clear commercial conditions and follow-up.
Grow and strengthen
Expected growth targets (e.g. revenue growth, profit, market share)
Improved ROI against trade budget
Forecast accuracy within spend parameters (feed into planning)
Incremental value and profit opportunities via new channels and customers
Customer Ambassador across organization/Trusted advisor by key accounts and marketing
Experience & knowledge:
3-5 years of experience in Tender Business.
At least 5 years of practical experience in pharmaceutical sales field.
Performance Box Rating (5,6,8 and 9)

Collaborates (internally & externally) to create robust, detailed and stretch plans that deliver mutually agreeable growth
Develops solid focused and prioritised customer and shopper plans, working cross-functionally, balancing rigour with speed
Acts as the voice of the customer and effectively influences internal functions to optimise processes, delivery and outcomes.
Sets the right KPI’s with regular monitoring and constant optimisation using the proper dashboards.
Communicates collaboratively and skilfully negotiates to agree mutually beneficial category focussed growth strategies, plans and activation
Communicates clearly and actively listens to engage in dialogue with customers
and internal colleagues to build strong relationships and deliver winning joint business outcomes.
Communicates persuasively via proposition selling/detailing to achieve goals. Negotiates with sophistication and agility to overcome challenges and find the win-win.
Objectively assesses customers’ category performance & consumers’ experience to recommend category/brand management solutions that improve market share/growth for customers & Sanofi
