In Nokia Cloud & Network Services (CNS) Business Group, you'll be part of the Global Business Center (GBC) Europe Market organization.
What you will learn and contribute to
CNS GBC mission is to drive top-line growth for Nokia’s Cloud & Network Services business with CNS customers by providing C&NS specific technical expertise, pre-sales, commercial management, field marketing and alliance leadership to the market to exceed top-line sales plan. CNS GBC is focusing on accelerating net new business growth with increasing margins and protect annuity revenue streams as well as boosting, equipping and accelerating Customer Experience in selling the entire C&NS portfolio to customers and ensuring a harmonized end-to-end customer experience. Nokia CNS Global Business Center is seeking a pre-sales professional with Business Application services expertise in EUR Market. S/he is required to provide customer-facing subject matter expertise on Nokia Business Applications solutions and who will gather, understand, and synthesize customer requirements to drive an overall winning solution strategy for Business Application services offering
What you will learn and contribute to :
- Managing customers functional and non-functional requirements by using industry best practices.
- Understanding and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders, and translates them into effective requirements and solutions.
- Specifying and designing effective end-to-end solutions, through the high level design of architecture, to meet customer needs in a market positioning prospective.
- Applying solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solution's integrity over time.
- Developing the full scope of the solution, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
- Contributing to strategic decisions within solution and professional areas.
- Participating in the Sales process for the solution proposed and responsible for Professional Services estimations and Scope of Work definition leveraging deep experience of customer environment, offer complexity and products involved.
- Achieve accurate services cost estimations while safeguarding Nokia’s interest though high-quality offer documentation.
- Managing Services Cost optimisation and assurance overall quality of the offer deliverables in charge.
- Adding value identifying pain points, KPI´s, ecosystem platforms of customers to build the better estimation cost and timeline offer´s.
Your skills and experience
- BS/MS degree (technical degree preferred)
- Fluency English is mandatory
- Strong expetience in theTelecommunication domain, preferably with implementation or solution architect background in Business Applications : i.e. IT, Security, Charging, Provisioning, Orchestration, Analytics, Device Management, ..
- Background and experience in 4G, 5G , ideally in Cloud and Core Network solutions
- Knowledge of general IT concepts (Operating Systems, Network Design, Information Security, IT Ops)
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills
- Exhibits good project planning and time management skills
- Ability to work as a team, yet work independently on complex problems
- Good understanding and experience in services costing
