We are looking for technology talents senior consultant who will be responsible for providing talent acquisition services to Grafene and its clients in the field of technology.

Successful candidates will:

• Participate in all talent acquisition activities
• Identify and communicate with the relevant recruitment channels including employment fairs, recruitment agencies, online sources, advertising agencies etc.
• Source and screen CVs for the required positions to be filled
• Coordinate and organize for required interviews and assessments with the relevant parties within the organization
• Ensure that all newly acquired CVs are inserted into the company database
• Develop the required talent acquisition criteria for all vacancies in tandem with the department/client requirements
• Create and administer the internal job posting process for required positions when needed
• Maintain the talent acquisition system/ database updated and accurate
• Prepare and submit offer letters to accepted candidates and follow up on their employment
• Develop and prepare reports as required

Potentially fitting candidate should have:

• Degree in business, or related field.
• A Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably within the Technology field.
• Proven track record of talent acquisition experience
• Excellent command of English Language (written and verbal skills)
• Flexibility to Travel to customer sites when required
• Talent Acquisition relevant courses is a plus
