الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversees the performance & efficiency levels of sales reprehensive.
- Setting goals for sales teams, creating training schedule (in coordination with sales managers & business development manager ).
- Maintaining the inventory of properties by following up with properties owners on weekly basis & updating the sales listing with accurate information ( in coordination with the listing agent).
- Plan for one training session per week coordinating with developers' companies, property owners, hotel managements …
- Train the new joiners on the company system within the sales department and the available resources.
- Train existing agents to stick to the company system & use it for their business benefit more efficiently for better results.
- A positive attitude, even when faced with misplaced criticism or frustration.
- Inform sales agents about available projects in the market & help them alternatives for their clients.
- Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges faced by sales agents.
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related information or sales material.
- Responding to complaints from customers & give after-sales support when requested.
