Property Consultant (Sales)

Job Description

We are urgently looking for a passionate and energetic Property Sales Consultant preferably with real estate experience for our company.
Speaking knowledge of Arabic, Russian & any other European languages will be of high preference.
Develop own property commercial market knowledge through research; competitor analysis, property market direction, specific location prices.
Ensure the best possible service is provided to clients.
Attend to leads received from online portals, team coordinator rotation list, marketing campaigns, requesting referrals from existing clients, as well as other external agencies for potential shared deals.
Continuously build relationships with commercial and residential building staff (security guards, facilities managers, etc.) to source and develop new business opportunities.
Work with Marketing for new projects to ensure the best platform and visuals to advertise.
Solicit and compile listings of sale and/or rental properties.
Obtain leads and meet with clients to understand their requirements.
Experience in industries such as Real Estate, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or any other high-profile industry background will be preferred.
