Role Description:
Outpatient Supervisor will supervise in checking the outpatient unit assignments. Maintain efficient and effective outpatient unit operations to ensure delight customer service to patients. Responsible for the oversight of reception services and the supervision and training of reception staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensure customer delight to patients and the day-to-day supervision of the reception staff. Responsible for scheduling staff and shift coverage to ensure reception and administrative duties are accomplished.
· Provide reception coverage when needed including when there are staff shortages, train and evaluate job performance of the outpatient team.
· Provide training and otherwise assure that outpatient staff members are properly trained in their duties including but not limited to maintaining current registration process and billing practices
· Familiarized with the billing and explain the financial liabilities to the patients.
· Deals with customer and patient's concerns and complaints in a quick and efficient manner
· Supervises the provision of accurate information to patients on such matters as the scope of the health care treatment services provided by the hospital
· Ensures that outpatient unit complies with customer service policies.
· Ensure reception staff members consistently implement workflows
· Assist in the completion of mandatory reports at the direction of outpatient head of unit program staff meetings and training Periodically.
· Oversee outpatient unit functions when outpatient head of unit is off site.
· Observe customer flow, check patient needs and ensure patient requirements are met.
· Ensures quality and patient safety practices are followed.
· Provides or promotes people-centered care.
· Promotes inclusive health by providing equitable and accessible care to patients and families with special needs.

المهارات
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum 5 years in the similar field/customer service
· Strong communication and report writing skills.
· Bilingual, Strong in Arabic and English languages.
· Proficient in using computer application systems, MS Office, Excel . PowerPoint & Outlook
· Good in customer service and interpersonal skills
· Strong in operations and ability to take ownership
