الوصف الوظيفي
Role:
- Implements warehouse processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Experience in setting up new Warehouse & work together with EPC contractor to receive the Spare Parts with full compliance of policy and procedure.
- Coordinates and supervises the work of warehouse team in order to meet the plan.
- Supervises, trains, and coaches warehouse technician and sr. technicians & assistant activities and day to day warehouse works.
- Coordinate with Technical Inspection and end user for performing inspection activities.
- Organizes storage area in order to retain safe operation.
- Ensures the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment.
- Improves warehouse operations efficiency.
- Ensure the proper preservation of l spare parts, chemicals, catalysts and other requirements.
- Develops KPIs to measure performance.
- Planning to ensure proper staffing levels and timely completion of all warehouse related activities.
- Create and monitor complete documents that describe the warehouse process.
- Ensure timely physical verification and audit checks are performed to ensure SAP and physical inventory reconcile. Settle the discrepancies on time.
- Observes all Company HSE regulations at all times and monitors subordinates to ensure full compliance with all necessary rules and regulations in order to minimized the hazardous possibilities from storing, handling and transporting materials, which pose a high risk to the Company if mishandled.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in technical/ business and supply chain with minimum 5-7 years Warehouse experience in downstream Oil and Gas companies (Refineries and petrochemical plants).
- Supervisor experience is mandatory to manage the warehouse team in Oil and Gas
- SAP knowledge is mandatory.
- Good communication and writing skills.
