Duties & Responsibilities
The Learning Support Specialist is responsible to assist in the implementation of learning support programs schedule, register and form learning groups as well as analyze the statistical data and prepare reports of the Learning Support Activities.
Key Responsibilities
1.Assist in the implementation of learning support plan, strategies and actions in line with the University/College strategies for the development and enhancement of students learning experience and education.
2.Prepare the schedule of learning support programs and update them when necessary.
3.Manage learning support social media accounts and to organize awareness campaigns.
4.Establish collaborative relationships with the academic departments and other learning support entities.
5.Supervise Graduate Assistants/Teaching Assistants/and Peer Tutors.
6.Monitor Learning Support Coordinators.
7.Establish constructive relationships with students individually or in groups and interact with them to know their learning needs.
8.Analyze the statistical data of the Learning Support Section as well as to prepare periodical reports.
9.Perform other tasks and duties that may be occasionally required in order to meet the requirements of the role and the aims of the University.
