Evaluate the value and feasibility of the company’s participation in specific public events and trade exhibitions in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Coordinate with the stakeholders through business partners in working out and finalizing the requirements and budget for such participation.

Supervise the different stages for participating in events and exhibitions, such as venues bookings, design and construction, and billing processes.

Responsible for Leading all assigned events tasks of defining the requirements to address and manage the plan, event budget and delivery of the event.

Oversee, plan, design, evaluate, execute and manage company events & exhibitions, such as the Year End Meeting, SABIC Technical Conference, press conferences, seminars, Eid & Ramadan, Sports activities, GPCA, K-Show, Big-5, Open Day..etc.

Coordinate with other departments in planning all needed logistics for company events such as: Security, FM, Medical, EHSS etc.

Oversee the building process of SABIC booths and spaces and ensuring the readiness before enough time ahead of the event.

Handling corporate gifts selection process and help the event/exhibition owner in choosing the appropriate gift, + manage all logistics, office supplies and collaterals related to the events/exhibitions.

Responsible for leading and managing all event vendors' management commercially( as per the contract) & technically related tasks and ensuring vendor payment.

Manage and organize gifts portal such as requests evaluation, release requests, updating items, closing & reporting.
