Your Responsibilities
- Collect, Validate and analyze relevant data required for endpoint management.
- Liaise with cross functional IT infrastructure team members
- Highlight project issues and risks to the project manager
- Comply with project specifications and standards in order to deliver quality and timely project outputs.
- Co-ordinate and follow-up with all involved parties to resolve issues/queries and complete assigned project elements in a timely manner.
Your Qualifications
- Technology expert on the following: –
- – Exchange Online
- – MS Teams
- – One Drive
- – Office ProPlus
- – Microsoft Conference & Telephony System
- – MS Exchange
- – MS DLP
- – Symantec DLP
- Very good knowledge in PowerShell, Ansible
- Good knowledge in Terraform, Jenkins
- Work closely with third-party vendors for testing and product evaluation
- Assist in delivering communication & collaboration product road map, strong working experience and in-depth knowledge on multiple platform, third party tools, evaluate software solution, up to date industry knowledge – IOS, Android or Windows
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint & Microsoft Intune
- Able to provide technical support and help needed by the team
- Able to explore new technologies be able to bring in new ideas from the industry
- Work closely with the IT Operations team to run products effectively on a day-2-day basis i.e. have tracking, reporting, security and operational tools integrated and working
