Job Description

Oversee the planning of new or renovated space as required for all facilities.

Forecast and manage occupancy statistics and metrics for sites.

Ensures all workspace meets or exceeds all applicable building codes and accessibility requirements

Direct and conduct space analysis and space use studies associated with requests for new space, altered space, space relocation alternatives, and capital building requests.

Create safe, effective, efficient, and sustainable and workspace.

Develop and maintain master space plans for all sites, tied to growth projections and business requirements.

Extensive commitment and understanding of all matters relating to H&S and the Environment 8. Controlling all aspects of the construction works.

Keeping the project adequately resourced with plant and materials
Job Requirements

Expert with AUTOCAD

Strong experience in interior design activities

Very good knowledge in civil works related items (flooring, cladding, ceilings, etc……) and finishing materials as well.
