Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Answering inbound sales calls.
Responding on sales E-queries such as emails, whatsapp messages.
Sell stc residential services and product and place customer orders in system.
Develop and increase customer base.
Sustain close business relationships with the customers.
Update database with customer information in every interaction.
Maintain the existing customers by providing all required support to them.
Proactively process to call the following categories of customers (outbound).
Renewal Reminder prior account suspension.
Retain & Renew expired services.
Reduce customer churn by providing discounts / promotions / special offers.
Sign-up the customers for longer durations – Encourage customers to upgrade their package.
Offer multiple renewal options (Online / Cash Collection / Credit Card etc.)
Conducting Surveys (gather customer feedback on various issues)
Attending sales events as front desk sales.
Insuring to service all customer within stc customer experience KPIs.
Submit weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports to the Supervisor, Telesales.
Achieve and exceed sales target as per the business plan.
To comply with the ISO standards & guidelines
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
Language Skills:
* Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.
