Job Description
The Primary Headmaster Stages position involves academic and administrative responsibilities. On the academic aspect, he’s responsible for :

Improve teaching techniques.

General planning: conceptualizes the broad goals of the school and plans accordingly to ensure that procedures and schedules are implemented to carry out the total school program.

Implement the school vision and objectives.

Supervision training programs.

Discuss and implement educational progress recommendations and discuss school-related issues.

Establish a weekly appointment schedule to meet parents to discuss student progress and concerns.

Translate strategic goals into effective actions.

Maintain Education quality.

Dealing with daily issues concerning his section, running the curricular and extra-curricular activities, resolving conflicts and presenting the demands of his staff members so as to facilitate the school administration tasks.

Support employee selection process.

Evaluates the effectiveness of teaching and holds teachers accountable

Set up and running a Guidance counselor program.

Promotes use of technology to enhance student learning

Creates, develops and sustains relationships that result in active student engagement in the learning process

Demonstrates personal and professional standards and conduct that enhance the image of the school and the education profession

Building curriculum for National schools

Supervising parents interview and children for acceptance for school.

Develops, implements and monitors outcomes of school improvement plan and student

Works with and engages staff in shared vision for effective teaching and learning by implementing a standards based curriculum, relevant to student needs and interests,
research-based effective practice, academic rigor, and high expectations for student learning

Participate in hiring, training and other employment activities for instructors and secondary staff members to create a dynamite team.

Conducts daily class visits in her section and keeps record of the Class Visit Reports

Checks students written material and follow-up notebooks daily and keeps record of the Written Material Follow-up Reports

Sets remedial plans for the weak students according to the school Remedial Policy

Sets and follows-up the weekly quizzes timetables for each subject in her section

Acts as an academic adviser to different teachers in her section as needed and as assigned by the school administration
Job Requirements

Believe in "Leadership happens in the classrooms, hallways and playground. Management happens in your office".

Ability to accommodate in Sharqia.

English (Native or A+).

MBA (Preferred).

Experience in both national or/and international schools.

Aware of Egyptian culture.

Good speaker and an excellent communicator.

Second language (French). -Preferred.

If a foreigner (Egyptian citizenship) preferred.
