- Aligning current Human resource activities as per the organization's work ethics and requirements.
- Reduce overhead costs by collaborating with team members and create an annual plan for the same.
- Creating a systematic database of employee details to streamline various in-house processes.
- Conduct cost-effective hiring and sourcing drives to rope in suitable talent.
- Evaluate existing L&D sessions and implement modifications for improvement.
- Manage all staff review processes, including KPI and Performance Management.
