الوصف الوظيفي
• Ensure the administration of contracts in the project is carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
• Modifying the conditions w.r.t to the need of subcontract and scope of work suitable to company policy and procedures.
• Review of tender documents to identify any conflicting provisions, high risk items.
• Review the Purchase order of Main Contractors / Clients and to do negotiations on purchase terms and conditions and general terms and conditions.
• Review the subcontract agreement of the Main Contractor and to negotiate its terms and conditions in a strict manner.
• Prepare subcontract agreements and finalize the payment terms and special terms and conditions w.r.t the Main Contract on back to back basis sometimes on a direct basis;
• Preparation of contractual letters on the basis of the signed contract agreement terms and conditions with the EPC contractor for claiming and resolving all types of issues related to scope of work.
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to relevant contracts.
- 4+ years of related experience.
- SAP/ERP experience preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. -Excellent reading and comprehension skills.
