- Establishing the name of the company in the UAE market to grab new business & achieve breakeven
- Introducing the company by visiting the door to door clients on daily basis to achieve target business
- Acquired the email data base of companies & communicate with them to introduce our services
- Cold calling & follow-up with the clients on daily basis to generate new business
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Building the company name through various social media platforms
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Developing quotes, proposals & NDAs for prospective clients
- Attending conferences and industry events related to accounting/finance/Taxation
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals

Qualification – MBA/M.com/BBA
Professional Experience: 10 Years' experience working as Sales Manager in Accounting / Auditing Firm
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent Communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Well versed with social media and online platforms communication (website, blogs etc)
- Excellent Presentation skills
