Dubai based Real Estate Brokerage company is urgently recruiting Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Agents (Commission Based) for expanding our Sales and Leasing Team.
Potential earnings of 300,000DHS+ TAX-FREE per annum with a great rewards scheme
Job Description:
. As a sales or leasing consultant, you will be responsible for generating new property listings and then finding new tenants or buyers for them using portals.
. Talking to owners with a view to leasing or selling their property
. Registering new landlords/sellers from both cold calling and new enquiries
. Conducting viewing appointments, registering clients and sending suitable properties
. Soliciting clients by promoting the brokerage, networking, marketing, and offering real estate services to prospective clients.
. Providing information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability to clients.
. Partnering with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties within the identified target market.
. Negotiating between buyers and sellers to facilitate contractual agreements that are in the best interests of all parties involved.
. Drafting sales and purchase contracts to be completed upon the closing of real estate transactions.
. Ensuring that all real estate transactions are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale, or lease of properties.
Requirements:
. Real Estate Experience preferred
. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
. RERA Qualification ideal but not essential
. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, promote teamwork, and knowledge sharing to achieve goals and deliverables
. Positive and Intelligent personality with good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills
. Strong communication skills
. Pleasant & Trustworthy
. Must Have Driving License

As a sales or leasing consultant your typical day will include around half of your time in the office canvassing and securing contracts, with the other half of your time spent meeting owners and conducting viewings. You should be of a strong mindset and be prepared for this fast-paced market!
