National Express is looking for a fresh graduate interested in IT to be our competent Help Desk Support to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer assistance to solve them.
Responsibilities
In general help desk support will be responsible to:
• Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
• Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
• Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
• Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
• Assist with onboarding of new users.
• Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
• Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
• Further Tasks as required.
Requirements
• General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
• Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.
• Understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices.
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
• Fresh Graduate
