eCommerce Operations Associate

Job Description

Our Ecommerce Operations Associate is responsible for the fulfillment of ecommerce orders in offline channel (retail stores) with the greatest sense of urgency and efficiency. Responsibilities include and not limited to receiving, picking, packing, processing, organizing and managing online orders and stock.
Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve e-commerce sales target
  • Comply with System processes to fulfil accurately and timely e-com orders in the storers, and pack them according to standards.
  • Ensure accuracy of SOH records in the stores vs system.
  • Ensure availability of ecommerce PLVs including but not limited to ecommerce boxes in all d, ecommerce samples
  • Ensure compliance of receiving practices with established SOP for all GWP, PWPs and other zero-value stock
  • Support frontline team in returns processing
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to other team members and sharing awareness of hybrid approach in retail
  • Report instantly about identified technical errors with IT Service Desk and take necessary action to explain issue and keep communication with support team
  • Report instantly about identified shortages in stock and take necessary action to explain issue with the concerned stakeholders to update their records in the system
  • Handle timely e-com returned orders to the stores and process duly and accurately their transactions in the system
  • Whenever necessary, provide feedback to the concerned stakeholders to streamline working processes and improve their efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Omnichannel system processes and operating policies and procedures.
  • Fulfill timely and accurately e-com orders received in the stores.
  • Ensure that order items and quantities are accurate and in good selling conditions before packing
  • Pack the orders as per trained and communicated standards
  • Ensure orders are packed before collection time by Delivery Service Provider
  • Ensure orders are packed before collection time given to customer for Click&Collect orders
  • Ensure that all orders collected are well documented and maintain records of collection by Delivery Service Provider and deliveries to Customer.
