Main Duties & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a
Expert Presales Engineer
to work closely with Account Managers and customers. Candidate's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.

Assist Sales Team in Qualifying Leads & Opportunities

Managing the full Presales Activities with Sales or directly with client.

Be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer or educate the customer about Product features, Specifications, and functionalities.

Preparing & Providing Presentations or Trainings about Products for Customers.

Responding to RFI/RFQ/RFPs from Technical point of view and drive POCs to meet the customer’s success criteria.

To prepare Technical or/and Financial proposals.

To provide High Level Design, Scope of Work, or Bill of material for different products.

Engage with customer to develop trusted technology advisor relationship.

Suppliers & Vendors Management and Communications.

Preparing & Delivering Products Enablement Sessions to Sales Team.

Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.

To provide reports, updates, & info about daily operation to direct Manager.

Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering Of Computer, Communications, or any IT related field

6 – 10 Years' experience in Networking, Security (Cybersecurity) or Network Presales Role

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle

Competitive, Self-starter, Hunter-type mentality.

High interpersonal & presentation skills

Strong customer service orientation

Analytical skills

Ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients

Works closely and collaboratively with the different teams

Candidate to have Vendors Certifications Cisco Or Fortinet such as CCNP or NSE4

comprehensive understanding of business models and how they use technology.

Hands-on experience & solid knowledge in Designing or Implementing Network & Security Solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.

Solid Knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN.

Solid Knowledge in Network Security Solutions such as Next-Generation Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention, Sandboxing, Endpoint, Email, & Web Solutions protection.

Solid Knowledge in SDN, WAF, SD-WAN, MFA technologies & solutions

Solid knowledge & understanding of Network protocols TCP, UDP, IP, Routing, OSI.

Familiar with Cisco, Fortinet, F5 Product & Solutions

Knowledge of Collaboration Solutions such as IP Telephony, Video Conferencing is preferable
* Ability to learn fast.
