Company Description
Publicis Media MENA is seeking a professional with 0-1-year of hands-on experience with AdTech/ MarTech/ ETL , to be a Tag Management Solutions, Site/App Analytics, DMP specialist servicing across Publicis Media brand agencies and other practices. The position plays a vital role in propagating DMP, Site/App analytics best practices, cross-functional consistency and elevating the capabilities across our clients’ MarTech stack.
Job Description
● Provide MarTech services to clients across Publicis Media MENA brand agencies, including but not limited to, Starcom, Spark Foundry and Zenith.
● Support the MarTech Manager in the following areas:
○ Deploy/ implement or get up to speed with new AdTech/ MarTech tools as and when required.
■ Tag Management Solutions: Google Tag Manager, Dynamic Tag Manager, Tealium
■ Site Analytics solutions: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
■ App analytics solutions: Firebase, Adjust
■ ETL: Build pipeline to extract, transform and load data from client’s systems into DMP/ Ad Server/ Web Analytics systems
○ Recognize opportunities to:
■ Elevate a client’s capabilities in campaign execution to improve campaign performance and ultimately drive their business KPIs.
■ Sell TAAG services to clients to drive their business KPIs and deliver organic growth for TAAG.
○ Service MarTech based solution consulting, onboarding, strategy and technical implementation.
○ Evangelize and propagate a single taxonomy across and audience activation that will require cross-practice collaboration.
○ Train brand agency client teams in DMP audience strategy as a part of the overarching campaign planning to ensure they are self-sufficient, where necessary, and are comfortable with the technology used for their clients.
○ Train brand agency client teams in relevant AdTech/ MarTech tools to ensure they are self-sufficient and comfortable with the technology used for their clients.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences or equivalent practical experience.
● 0-1 year of hands-on experience with AdTech and MarTech.
● Strong technical aptitude and client servicing skills, as well as deep knowledge of the prominent AdTech and MarTech:
○ Hands on experience with Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager, Adobe DTM, Tealium)
○ Working knowledge with site analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
○ Hands on experience with DMPs, particularly Oracle BlueKai or Adobe Audience Manager in audience strategy, audience & campaign performance analysis, technical setups (taxonomy, 1P/ 2P data ingestion, destinations/ integrations, segmentation/ trait/ audience building)
● Proficient analytical and Excel skills.
○ Bonus Experience: Python, JavaScript, SQL and cloud services e.g. BigQuery.
● Experience as a customer-facing technical solution consultant, with:
○ High attention to detail,
○ Experience in critical problem-solving and data management techniques,
○ Ability to influence internally and externally to facilitate adoption of technology and best practices.
○ Strong communication, editing and writing skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-pace, collaborative and team-oriented environment, including:
○ Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
○ Managing tasks and time commitments to meet project deadlines
○ And keeping up with changing priorities and adhering to standardized processes and procedures.
