Job Description and Requirements
Job Purpose:
We’re looking for a flexible and versatile Senior Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels. Part of responsibilities includes tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring all marketing material is in line with our brand's identity. Having hands-on experience with digital marketing & e-commerce to grow Online Sales.
Job Description:

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

Plan and execute Digital Marketing Campaigns including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns

Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies of the group. Oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns in addition to a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements & Skills:

+6 Years of experience in online/offline marketing

Solid knowledge of social media advertising tools

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.…)

Experience in setting up and optimizing google AdWords & social media campaigns

Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures.

A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online/offline marketing

BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field

Communication skills, including oral communication, report writing, and presentation skills.

Problem-solving skills (i.e., conceptual, and analytical thinking).
