Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Supervisor is expected to work closely with more senior HR professionals and with assigned management teams to provide strategic HR consultation to optimize people, structure, process and culture, with the goal of achieving business results. He/she is expected to execute day-to-day HR responsibilities and HR Services priorities to support delivery of the business strategy.
Job Accountabilities
As HR Supervisor, your role will involve:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support with the onboarding formalities and assist with the completion of the probation period process for all new joiners
- Manage all letter requests by Zurich Middle East employees including CI
- Support with the HR automation strategy
- Facilitate the Loyalty payment and the Long Service awards
- Support the Senior HR Consultant with any employee relations matters
- Contribute and support the employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Assist with CIGNA enrollment and coordination between the various HR team members
- Monitor and distribute all inquiries in the HR mailbox
- Contribute to adhoc HR projects
- Support with the execution of the Recognition program
- Assist with the offboarding formalities including the survey data analysis
- Manage the full Learning Administration process
- Support Emiratization including reporting in Tawteen portal
- Adhoc audit support
- Adhoc support to the Head of Human Resources
- Assist with the EIBFS training
- Manage the annual public holiday calendar
- Respond to ad hoc requirements as and when they arise
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- UAE National with Family Book
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Effective communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Willing to learn and work in other areas of HR to manage peaks in the team's workload and cover for colleagues as required
- Flexibility to changing environments and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
