Position Title: Pastry Sous Chef

Salary: up to 12K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, duty meal, and medical insurance

About the Client:
A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
- Assist the Pastry Chef for the preparation in the assigned section
- Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
- Fill in for the Pastry Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
- Responsible for the efficient and smooth running of pastry and bakery section
المهارات
Qualifications:
- 35 years old and below
- At least 3 years of related work experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant
- Should have background in French/European or Mediterranean cuisines
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Must be available to join by January 2023
