  • Follow up on tenders to coordinate and finalize with the salesman in submitting tender offers
  • Preparation of official letters for customers
  • To assist in preparation of quotations (Manual Quotations, System Quotations, Supportive Quotations).
  • Preparation of Gate pass, and Delivery Notes Office Support such as Binding, Faxing, scanning and printing
  • Arranging Hotel & Flight Bookings
  • Modify Orders according to customer needs based on what is informed by the salesman
  • Collect and follow up on Monthly sales reports.
  • Arranging the requirements for meetings & conferences
  • Responsible to organize maintain Files & Records.
  • Keeping track of pending invoices and their status.
  • Following up with operations on delivery status for the outstanding orders and urgent deliveries or zero stock

المهارات

  • Very good skills in MS-Office,
  • Acceptable skills in basic computer problem solving
  • Good skills in English language (Reading/Writing/Conversation)
  • Excellent communication skills
