About the job

The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying requirements across business units and identifying substandard systems processes by evaluating real-time data, creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business needs.
Responsibilities:

• Identifying ideal customer profiles and mapping customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions and engagements
• Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design.
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
• Estimating costs and identifying business savings.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field
• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
