UAE National/ Emirati – Customer Support Executive| Electronics

Overview of the role:

  • Attend the customers at the reception and receive the units with no error/mistakes on the notification.
  • Manage customer incoming calls and update the repair status
  • Follow up with customer for estimate approval
  • Customer complaints very minimal – based on the target
  • Customer incoming calls to be attended within min rings based on the target
  • CSI based on the target
  • Customer waiting time – minimal based on the target
  • Customer orientation
  • Speed of attending to customers
  • Accuracy of data entry
  • System process knowledge and communication
  • Update repair status in SAP
  • Co-ordinate with stores for parts / units
  • Responsible for SAP Billing / invoicing
  • Filing of relevant documents.
  • Co-ordinate with Drivers for the committed deliveries
  • MIS reports

What you will do:-

  8. Speed of attending to customers

  10. Initiative / flexibility and punctuality
  11. Accuracy of data entry
  12. System process knowledge and communication

What equips you for the role:

  • High School or Bachelor Degree
  • 5-6 years’ experience working as customer support
  • Retail background preferred
  • Excel and computer literate
  • Thinking and Analytical Skills.
  • Empathy Customer service and results oriented Leadership and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent relationship skills
  • Accountability
