المسؤوليات:

إجراء مكالمات هاتفية وزيارات منزلية للأسر المستفيدة.
الرد على استفسارات وتسجيلها، ومتابعة الحالات واستفسارات المستفيدين.
إجراء زيارات متابعة لرصد أوضاع المستفيدين ومتابعات ما بعد التوزيع.
المساهمة في تطوير أدوات المتابعة.
