Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the hackerspace smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to manage the capacity of the hackerspace.
  • Assist members by providing clear instructions and maintaining clean and safe work environments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize events such as workshops, information sessions, demonstrations, job fairs, etc.
  • Handle the onboarding process for students and instructors.
  • Provide after-sales technical support to new customers.
  • Create an environment conducive to learning, creativity, and innovation.
  • Gather feedback from students and instructors to ensure overall experience improvement.

Qualifications

  • You have a hands-on attitude and are not afraid to tackle a range of operational tasks.
  • You are proactive, an excellent communicator, and a community builder.
  • You understand that you represent both students and instructors, and you can effectively organize your work and set priorities.
  • You work well both within a team and independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks when faced with a heavy workload and tight deadlines.

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in operations or project management, customer service, or sales roles.
  • Proficient in English
