Job Summary
The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Coordinator working for Leaders International for Economic Development, is a full-time position based in Jordan. The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting the MEL Manager to design, implement, and manage the monitoring and evaluation systems of Leaders International projects.
Task and Responsibilities
- Support the Implementation and Monitoring of the activities of the different projects.
- Support in the planning, logistics, and implementation of events & workshops.
- Support the implementation of the Monitoring work plan and MEL activities of LI projects.
- Contribute to identifying learning subjects in the contexts of implementation of the monitoring activities above including collecting further information required for their dissemination.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive MEL framework, including indicators, data collection tools, and reporting mechanisms.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of baseline, midline, and endline assessments to track program progress and impact.
- Participate in data collection, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data from various sources, including beneficiaries, partners, and project staff.
